Fundraising: We Need Your Financial Support
Queen’s House appeals to you to accept the call to participate in retreat ministry through prayer and financial donations. Queen’s House gratefully welcomes you into its mission through your generous support.
Our financial needs are threefold. Your larger donation or planned giving commitment will:
support operations and upgrades, eg. ongoing renovation projects and high monthly costs of living to maintain facility operation
support program retreats and workshops with the aim of offering affordable programs for everyone
invest in and secure the future of Queen’s House through an Endowment fund that would eventually allow for support of all aspects of the retreat ministry and facility
Our goal is to make this spiritual home endure today, tomorrow and into the future. The building is long overdue for upgrades and replacements. Your donation will greatly help us to obtain items needing replacement such as new furnishings and accessories.
Smaller donations will assist with our household wishlist:
New kitchen supplies
Curtains for bedrooms
Bedspreads
Table cloths
Towels and facecloths
Floor rugs
Garbage containers for retreat bedrooms
Small desks & chairs for new bedrooms

$50000 Shoot Out
The following people were drawn from the raffle tickets and participated in the $50000 Shoot Out on Saturday, March 8,2008 at Credit Union Centre:
Boyd Foster - Saskatoon
Austin Douglas - Saskatoon
Paul Hinton - Saskatoon
Keith Kolman - Kerrobert
Chris Bantle - Saskatoon
Boyd Foster was the winner of elimination round in the Shoot Out. He successfully shot 4 out 5 pucks into the net from center ice. The runner up contestants received consolation prizes of $250 each. Boyd was unsuccessful in his attempt to win the $50000. His objective was to shoot a puck through a small hole on a template that covered the net. Boyd received a consolation prize of $1000. Queen's House thanks all the people who supported the raffle with their ticket purchases. Queen's House would like to acknowledge all their partners who sold tickets on its behalf.
