The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate
Priests & Brothers

The Oblate community is made up of priests and brothers. The Oblate brothers play an important role wherever they are. Thanks to their work and commitment, they are witnesses to a life inspired by the Gospel. The Oblates, priests and brothers, have complementary responsibilities in the work of evangelization.
The Missionary Oblate serves the community and its mission in a diversity of ways. His personal aptitudes determine his apostolic mission. Above the works to be done however, the most significant is to actualize his call to religious life. Indeed the Missionary Oblate publicly consecrates his life in community: he is a religious. It is this consecration, whether as a brother or a priest, that leads him to serve God in multiple ways.
